TIGNES, France (Mar. 15) – Bobby Brown (Breckenridge, CO) took European X Games gold with an impressive technical and consistent slopestyle run. Tom Wallisch (Pittsburgh) came in second with his usual multiple rotations and difficult rail combinations. After a season of first place finishes for Walllisch and two podiums for Brown, the Breckenridge athlete broke through to the top.

Headlights pierced the morning fog that had settled into the valleys around the Green Mountains in central Vermont as thousands of cars twisted and turned en route to the mountain. In the pre-dawn darkness, nearly a thousand kids and their chaperones made their way to the Killington Ski Club building as clouds obscured the sun - nearly two dozen ski clubs gathering together. This was a special day for ski racers.

The eight year agreement was made during the first day of the hugely anticipated Outdoor Retailer summer market in Salt Lake City and marks the brand as the Team's Official Compression Supplier.
Under the new 2XU sponsorship, U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing athletes will wear 2XU Compression to train and recover.
