Krill Hired as Club Development Manager

PARK CITY, UT (May 2) – The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association is continuing to expand its focus on local USSA clubs being the delivery point for athlete development naming Brian Krill as Club Development Manager in its Sport Education Department. Krill has worked in education, competitive mountain athletics, and the nonprofit sector throughout his career, having served as Dean of Athletic Education at the Crested Butte Academy, Interim Director of the Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation and pioneer of Peak Nonprofit Consulting, LLC. He brings a broad background and resources related to education, competitive snowsports, business, nonprofit leadership and management and fundraising to the USSA team and the new Club Development Program.

  • Longtime educator and athletic leader Brian Krill has been named by the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association as Club Development Manager.
  • The Club Development Manager is responsible for delivering high quality education, resources and recognition for the USSA's more than 400 local clubs nationwide and will continue the development of content and delivery systems for the USSA Club Development System. 
  • Krill graduated from The Colorado College in 1994 and has a master's degree in nonprofit management from Regis University.
  • He is owner and lead consultant of Peak Nonprofit Consulting, LLC and previously served as Dean of Athletic Education at the Crested Butte Academy for seven years where he helped develop new programs in snowboarding and freeskiing.
