National Development Group

The National Development Group (NDG) is a pool of the best 15-20 year-old athletes in the country based on head-to-head performance at the NorAms, U18 Nationals, and U16 Nationals. Nominated athletes are recognized with an invitation to four National Development projects during the 2023-24 season: two on-snow camps during the preparation period, one summer conditioning project, and one European trip during the competition season.
