QUOTES
Kelly Clark
I couldn’t have thought of a better way to end my season, to end up on the podium at the U.S. Open, let alone on the top of the podium. This is one of my favorite events and I was really happy with my riding today. All the women rode incredible. I’m just happy to be a part of things.

I hoped the runs that I had planned would get me the win. I played my cards right. I landed three runs and in that last run I really wanted that cab 1080 but it just wasn’t in the cards today.

It is always a great feeling to be awarded, but I still don’t ride to win any titles; it’s much more about progressing the sport for me and having fun with that for as long as I can.

Chloe Kim
The title feels great. It is a big surprise. I never really pay attention to my results; I just care about having fun when I ride, both in the halfpipe and the slopestyle. I will definitely try to do more slopestyle contests next year.
