Junior/U23 Cross Country World Ski Championships Criteria

The 2022 FIS Nordic Junior/U23 Cross-Country World Ski Championships will take place in Lygna, Norway.

Precamp- Sjusjoen, NOR Feb 15-20 (1.5 hrs from Lygna, NOR)

 

Competition Schedule:

Tuesday February 22nd- Junior Women's 15km Freestyle Mass Start and Junior Men's 30km Freestyle Mass Start

Wednesday February 23rd- Junior Women's 4x3.3km Mixed Technique Relay and Junior Men's 4X5km Mixed Technique Relay

Thursday February 24th- U23 Women's 10km Individual Start Classic and U23 Men's 15km Individual start Classic

Friday February 25th- Junior Women's 5km Individual Start Classic and Junior Men's 10km Individual Start Classic

Saturday February 26th- U23 Men's and Women's Freestyle Sprint

Sunday February 27th- Junior Men's and Women's Freestyle Sprint and U23 Mixed Gender Mixed Technique 4x5km relay

Lake Placid, New York will be hosting the 2023 World University Games in January 2023. This event is governed by the International Olympic Committee. Selection criteria for the event is posted in the Resources section.
