U.S. SKI & SNOWBOARD – INSURANCE PROGRAM
Lockton Companies is pleased to be a partner with U.S. Ski & Snowboard to provide insurance coverage for U.S. Ski & Snowboard’s membership and Club Liability Insurance Program (CLIP). Many clubs, divisions, state entities and ski and snowboard club foundations are eligible for the CLIP. Please see the information below to help identify which coverage option is right for you:
The following provides detailed information regarding the CLIP coverage and release of liability waiver requirements.
Please note this coverage is optional and must be separately purchased in order to apply. For those entities that purchase this coverage, Directors & Officers insurance covers legal costs, judgments and settlements resulting from suits and other legal proceedings brought against the entity’s Board of Directors, Officers or the entity itself for allegations of wrongful acts, errors and omissions.
U.S. Ski & Snowboard member clubs, divisions, state entities and ski and snowboard clubs are eligible for this optional coverage.
