17-year-old Asher Michel from Tabernash, Colorado, is an up-and-comer in the freestyle skiing world. Asher has earned his way to becoming a World Cup Competitor and a D Team U.S. mogul athlete. During the 2022-23 season, he earned his first World Cup start in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and landed within the top 30. Asher earned a third-place finish in the FIS Junior World Ski Championships in 2023, a top-10 result in the 2022 Deer Valley National Championships and three top-five results in NorAm Cups.
