Parking
All hotels are on our shuttle routes providing transportation to the ski resort from 8:00 AM midweek until 4:30 PM
7:00 AM weekends until 5:00 PM
Resort parking is free in lots 1-9
Preferred parking passes can be purchased for $37 per day.
Lift tickets
Accredited US Ski Team Athletes, Coaches and Staff receive complimentary lift tickets for the duration of the event. All non-NGB athletes and coaches are also complimentary.

**Please note that the midweek online lift ticket rate (at waterville.com) is less expensive depending on purchase date- it is advised that if you are skiing midweek that you purchase early for the best savings as there are only a set number of tickets available at that rate before it jumps to another price.
Weekend online ticket rates are at minimum $12 less expensive using the discount code.**
Refunds
No refunds after the first day of training.
No Refunds 30 days post-event.
If an athlete is injured prior to the first day of training (with a valid doctor's note), they will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued with a valid medical doctors or licensed mental health professional note.
Refunds are available until April 10, 2023.

U.S. Ski & Snowboard works to provide a safe environment in which athletes can train and compete, free from abuse and inappropriate behavior. Please review U.S. Ski & Snowboard's Athlete Safety policies, the SafeSport Code, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.
If you are an athlete who has experienced inappropriate behavior or know of an athlete who has experienced inappropriate behavior, please report to the U.S. Center of SafeSport HERE or U.S. Ski & Snowboard HERE. All adult participants are mandatory reporters. Reporting violations may be made anonymously and there are no fees for reporting. We all are part of promoting a culture of safety through education, listening, and speaking up.
