Q: What is your favorite memory as a competitor?
A: I will never forget my first time advancing to the quarter finals in skicross. It was a barrier I had been wrestling with for years. I was so excited about about it I grabbed the camera in the finish arena and screamed into it. I still get a lot of comments from other athletes and fans about that moment. It was the beginning of a new chapter of my career, and I was able to keep the momentum moving from that event to have one of my best winters yet.
Q: Tell us something quirky about yourself
A: One of my favorite things is to be awake super early in the morning, going for a tea or coffee, and watching the world around me wake up. The problem is, I also love my bed. It is a continuous battle, usually the bed is winning.
