The tradition of the Summer Fun Nationals will continue. Willy Camp on Mt. Hood will host the race on June 21, 22 and 23. It has been rebranded the Wy’East Cup supported by Timberline. Also, all proceeds from the event will benefit the non-profit organization, The Pacific Northwest Ski Education Foundation (PNWSEF) that is the fundraising arm for the Pacific Northwest Division. PNWSEF provides funding and supports athletes, coaches, officials and clubs across N. Idaho, Washington, and Oregon.

The Wy’East Cup invites Masters racers and U21 athletes to come to Mt. Hood and compete. There will be two races – one GS on Saturday and one SL on Sunday. The race is a non-scoring loaded with a lot of fun!

The race venue is planned to take place on the Mile at Timberline.

The 2024 A Racer's Edge Masters National Speed Series (NSS) is packed with races across the country! Some venues have extra speed training and races in addition to the designated NSS races so be sure to check the full event details when registering.

Age class medals are awarded at each event and overall season belt buckles at the final event. The overall Speed Series champions trophies are awarded to the overall fastest racer in each of three groups:

• Group A/B (men age 18-64)
• Group D (men age 65+)
• Group C (all women)

ELIGIBILITY:

• US competitors must have a current U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Master membership for the 2024 season (NO short-term memberships). Additionally, a FIS Masters License is required for racers 30 years and older.
• Non-US competitors must have an active FIS license with their National Organization.

U.S. Ski & Snowboard Alpine Masters racing welcomes adults of all abilities to compete against their peers in adrenaline-filled and challenging alpine ski races across the United States. The 2024 A Racer's Edge National Championships will be hosted in the Central Division for the FIRST TIME EVER at Granite Peak Ski Resort in Wausau, Wisconsin. The local resort and town are pulling out all the stops to make this an incredible and unforgettable event. Multiple race trails, a first-ever Nationals Parallel GS Competition (elimination format, age class scored) to be included in the National Masters Team and Division’s Cup scoring, parties, and swag.
